The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Case No.1873 of 2018 (Computerized No.T-201802030402825 (Baijnath Vs. Chhail Bahadur Singh) under section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj/Allahabad may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.1873 of 2018 (Computerized No.T-201802030402825 (Baijnath Vs. Chhail Bahadur Singh) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
