By way of the instant application, the applicant has prayed for a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate District Jaunpur to decide the complaint Case No. 44 of 2018 (Baijnath Vs. Lal Bahadur and others) under sections 323,504,506,392,120-B I.P.C. and section 4/10 of Forest Act P.S. Kerakat district Jaunpur.
I have considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.
Obviously, the court below is under obligation to expedite the proceeding adhering to the provision of Section 309 Cr.P.C. Therefore, no order need be passed by this Court.
Consequently, this application is disposed of.
