Heard Sri Prem Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. Sri Azad Rai, learned counsel for private respondents is not present even in the revised call of fresh cases.
Present writ petition has been filed for issuance of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2- Additional Commissioner, Vindhyanchal Region, District Mirzapur to decide the Case No. 344 of 2016, Computer Case No. C2016160000344 of 2016 filed under Section 27 (4) of U.P. Imposition of Ceiling Act within stipulated time.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the proceeding was initiated in the year 1996, but till date the application of the petitioner filed under Section 27 (4) of U.P. Imposition of Ceiling Act has not been decided.
Considering the above, this petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2- Additional Commissioner, Vindhyanchal Region, District Mirzapur to decide the Case No. 344 of 2016, Computer Case No. C2016160000344 of 2016 filed under Section 27 (4) of U.P. Imposition of Ceiling Act as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of computerized copy of this order.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
