The counsel for the petitioner prays that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file a fresh writ petition bringing the necessary facts and records especially the fact as to whether a notification under Section 52 of the U.P Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 has been issued or not ceasing the consolidation operation.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
