Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No. 28/2016, Computerised No. T-201605440628 (Baijnath Gupta Vs. Durgesh & others), under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act pending in the court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Kaptanganj, District Kushi Nagar, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Case No. 28/2016, Computerised No. T-201605440628 (Baijnath Gupta Vs. Durgesh & others), under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act pending in the court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Kaptanganj, District Kushi Nagar shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
