The petitioner is aggrieved by the pendency of the application under Section 219 after the remand order was passed by the Revisional Court on 30 August, 2018.
It is, therefore, directed that the application under Section 219 being Case No. 6127, computerize Case No. T2017143658046127 be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
