1. The present Civil Application has been preferred by the applicants herein
- original appellants to treat respondent Nos.6/2 to 6/6 as heirs and legal representatives of respondent No.6/1 i.e. Taraben wd/o. Amrutbhai Lallubhai Vashi (now deceased).
2. Having heard Mr.Chirag Patel, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants and Mr.Dakshesh Mehta, learned advocate appearing on behalf of contesting respondents and considering the averments in the application, the present application is allowed and respondent Nos.6/2 to 6/6 are to be described as heirs and legal representatives of original respondent No.6/1. Rule is made absolute accordingly. Registry is directed to amend cause title of the main Second Appeal accordingly.
