JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. RULE.
Shri Dakshesh Mehta, learned advocate waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondents nos. 1 to 5-contesting respondents.
2. Though served, nobody appears on behalf of respondents nos. 6/2 and 6/6.
3. The present application has been preferred by the applicants-original appellants-original plaintiffs for interim relief directing the parties to maintain status-quo qua possession of the applicants-original appellants-original plaintiffs as per the map prepared by the DILR at Exh. 71 in Regular Civil Suit No. 127/1998 till final disposal of the Second Appeal.
4. Having heard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and so as to see that the main Second Appeal does not become infructuous, by way of interim relief, parties are directed to maintain status-quo as on today with respect to possession of the suit property during pendency and final disposal of the main Second Appeal.
5. With this, the present application is allowed. Rule is made absolute accordingly. No cost.
