ADMIT.
Following substantial questions of law arise for determination of this Court in the present Second Appeal :-
(1) Whether both the Courts below are justified in not properly appreciating the map prepared by DILR, which was prepared pursuant to the judgement and decree passed in Regular Civil Suit No.132/1992?
(2) Whether learned Appellate Court has committed any error and/or illegality in dismissing the appeal without framing any point for determination, as required under Order 41 Rule 31 of the Code of Civil Procedure?
