Heard Mr. Shiva Kant Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed that the court below be directed to decide the Complaint Case No. 4807 of 2016 (Bahuti Devi Vs. Malti Devi and others) under Section 420 I.P.C. P.S. -Devgaon, District-Azamgarh pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court no.10, Azamgarh.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the court below shall proceed to decide the above mentioned criminal case with all expedition without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and by fixing short dates.
With the aforesaid observations, the present application is finally disposed of.
