Petitioner has submitted Ext.P6 representation to the Secretary of the respondent bank seeking for instalment facility to repay the loan amount. 2. The writ petition was filed challenging the notice issued for sale of the property of the petitioner under the SARFAESI Act for auctioning the right to collect the rent of the buildings. Though an interim order was passed by this Court staying further proceedings on condition of the petitioner remitting Rs.1,00,000/-, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said amount could not be remitted. Learned counsel only seeks for a direction to the respondents to dispose of Ext.P6.

Having regard to the nature of the contentions raised, this writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider Ext.P6 and pass appropriate orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
