JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ld.advocate Mr.R.J.Goswami appearing for the applicant seeks time to make amendment as CBI has been handed over investigation to the matter.
Leave is granted. Amendment, as sought for, stands granted. CBI may be impleaded as party- respondent with a fortnight.
