JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the complainant Mr. Rajeev Chaddha and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. Learned counsel for the applicant contended that applicant was falsely implicated in the present case. Prayer of co-accused Sajid has already been allowed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 10504 of 2010 on 04.5.2010. However, the applicant is in jail since 12.11.2009. In this view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, let the applicant namely, Bahadur @ Sandeep be released on bail in Case Crime No. 566 of 2009, under section 308 I.P.C., P.S. Pilkhuwa, District Ghaziabad on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned. Order Date :- 25.6.2010 S.A.A.Rizvi .
