Order on Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application Heard Shri Anil Kumar Srivastava, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Shri Ravi Yadav, Shri Mahendra Pratap and Shri Prem Narayan Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Bahadur Ali, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.286 of 2020, under Sections- 147,148,149,307,352 IPC, Police Station- Jarcha, District- Gautam Budh Nagar, during pendency of trial.
Applicant has criminal history of 23 cases.The present implication is stated to be by cross case.He has been acquitted in 19 cases but four cases are still pending against him.
The applicant is on interim anticipatory bail by order of this court dated 10.2.2021.The interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant is cancelled.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
