Mr. KP Raval, Ld. APP, upon instructions being received from Mr. RG Choudhary, PSI, Jadar Police Station, District Sabarkantha, states that if the petitioner personally remains present before Jadar Police Station, her FIR shall be registered. Mr. Joshi, Ld. Advocate for the applicant states that he shall see that the petitioner remains present before Jadar Police Station on 08/02/2012.
In above view of the matter, the instant application stands disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall remain personally present before Jadar Police Station, at any time between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM on 8/2/2012 and the concerned police authority shall take appropriate action in accordance with law, as submitted by Mr. Raval, Ld. APP for the respondent State, upon instructions. DSP.
