The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would like to pursue the remedy by way of appeal before the statutory authorities.

Permission is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. So as to enable the petitioner to pursue such exercise, coercive proceedings if any, shall be kept in abeyance for a period of 'two weeks'.
