JUDGMENT / ORDER

The revision is directed against an order refusing to condone the delay of 245 days in preferring C.M.A against I.A.No.6 of 2013.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, Mr.R.Muthukumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the suit itself was disposed of as early as on 28.01.2015. Hence, the prayer in the revision petition has become infructuous.
3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
