4. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that since the suit itself was already disposed of, nothing survives in the revision and hence, he prays for dismissal of the revision.
5. This Court has called for report and the report is received, in which, it is stated that the suit in O.S.No.51 of 2006 was disposed of on 21.12.2016. Since the suit itself has been disposed of, nothing survives in the revision. Therefore, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is dismissed and consequently, C.R.P.(NPD)SR.No.76830 of 2015 is rejected. No costs.
