Represented by its Managing director … Respondents (By Smt.Niloufer Akbar, AGA for R1 and R2, Sri Prashanth B.R, Advocate for Sri M.R.C.Ravi, Advocate for R3) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the impugned order being government is so far as the order dated 30.11.2013 at Annexure-L specific finding against the petitioner is concerned or nay other appropriate writ, direction or order quashing the decision of R-1 to hold the petitioner ineligible to participate in the tender and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in B group this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R This writ petition is directed against the order dated 30.11.2013 passed by respondent No.1.
2. Learned Additional Government Advocate has submitted that the tender notification was issued for the Academic Year 2013-2014. Since, that period is over, the writ petition, will not survive for consideration.
Submission of the Learned Additional Government Advocate is placed on record.
In view of the above, writ petition will not survive of consideration. Hence, writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
