… Respondents THE HON’BLE SHRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.20926 OF 2004 O R D E R The grievance of the petitioner in this case was with regard to laying of a road in Sy.No.227, Kohir Village and Mandal, Medak District. The petitioner claimed the subject land to be her own.
In the counter filed by the Mandal Parishad Development Officer, the claim of ownership by the petitioner was disputed, but it was stated that the road construction work was however cancelled by the Mandal Parishad Development Officer under his proceedings dated 18.02.2005.
As the cause for grievance in this writ petition was the laying of the road and the said work has been cancelled, this writ petition no longer survives for consideration.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. It is made clear that the issue of the petitioner’s alleged title to the subject land has not been adjudicated and the same is left open for resolution by the proper forum, if warranted. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
