1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by judgment and order dated 22.7.1992 passed by Sri C.B.Jayaswal, Sessions Judge, Jansi in Criminal Appeal No.121 of 1989 convicting and sentencing revisionists under Section 324/34 and under Section 325/34 IPC to 1 year and 2 years respectively and affirming judgment and order dated 26.6.1989 passed by Sri Putti Lal, Munsif Magistrate convicting revisionists under Sections 323, 324, 325/34, 504, 506 IPC and sentencing them to imprisonment ranging from 1 year to 3 years.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed.
5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
6. The accused, Badri Singh, Kaloo Singh and Bhuri Singh alias Jagannath Singh are on bail. Their bail bonds and surety bonds are cancelled. The Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned shall cause them to be arrested and lodge in jail to serve out the sentence passed against them. The compliance shall be prepared within two months.
7. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
