The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the application dated 11.12.2020 under Section 101 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the application be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid Case.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the application dated 11.12.2020 under Section 101 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided within a period of 90 days from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. Copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
