1. Heard Sri Sachin Mishra, holding brief of Sri Ram Vishal Mishra, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that on 12.12.2018, petitioner has moved an application before Collector, Prayagraj, but no order has been passed till date.
3. If that be so, let respondent 2-District Magistrate, Allahabad pass appropriate order on aforesaid application after hearing parties concerned expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
4. Disposed of accordingly.
