Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Mutation Case No. 268/2015, Computerised No. T-2015054406268 (Badre Fatma Vs. Salhanti Devi), under section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Kaptanganj, Distsrict Kushi Nagar, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Mutation Case No. 268/2015, Computerised No. T-2015054406268 (Badre Fatma Vs. Salhanti Devi), under section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Kaptanganj, Distsrict Kushi Nagar shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
