Writ petition is directed against the orders dated 18.4.95 (annexure - 1) passed by respondent no. 1, in revision no. 84 of 1994, whereby the order under revision is set aside and the executing court is directed to proceed with the proceedings initiated on the application of the applicant and in the light of the order dated 17.4.1994.
Having gone through the impugned order as also the pleadings and grounds taken in writ petition, I find no ground to interfere as there is no error apparent on the face of impugned order warranting interference. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
