Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Om Prakash, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present application for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed by the applicants in case crime No. 314 of 2019, under Sections 363, 366, 504, 120-B, 376 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Jhangaha, District- Gorakhpur.
The instant application fails to set forth any special circumstances bearing in mind the decision rendered by the Court in Vinod Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and Another passed on Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 53729 of 2019.
The application is consequently rejected leaving it open to the applicants to institute appropriate proceedings before the concerned Sessions Judge.
