By this application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 29 days in filing the present Miscellaneous Civil Application as well as seek restoration of Civil Application No.11839 of 2011 in Second Appeal No.217 of 1981.
Heard Mr.J.D.Ajmera, learned advocate for the applicants.
Having regard to the averments made in the application, sufficient cause has been made out for not filing the application within the prescribed period of limitation as well as for restoration of the civil application. The application is, therefore, allowed. The delay caused in filing the present application is hereby condoned. Civil Application No.11839 of 2011 is hereby restored to file. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
