These Second Appeals are of the year 1981 and are still pending for final disposal even after a period of 31 years. It is reported that Shri P.V. Hathi, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the contesting respondents has filed sick note. Considering the above, as a last chance, stand over to 13/06/2012. It is observed that on that day irrespective of sick note and/or leave note, the present Second Appeals shall be proceeded further and if it is not possible for Shri P.V. Hathi, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the contesting respondents to remain present he may make alternative arrangement.
