This application is preferred straightaway before this Court for releasing the applicant on temporary bail.
Remedy is available to the applicant-undertrial prisoner to approach the trial court as case is pending before the trial court.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission granted. This application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Liberty to file before the trial court and in that event, Court below is directed to decide it on merits and in accordance with law without being influenced by this order of withdrawal.
