Undisputedly, the order of the writ Court was passed only on 10 April 2018 and had required the second respondent therein to consider the complaint of the applicant. On the above state of the record, the Court finds no ground to initiate proceedings in contempt at this stage.
Accordingly, while this petition is dismissed, it is left open to the applicant to approach the Court again in case the matter is inordinately delayed.
