A short counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2 which is taken on record.
Grievance of the petitioner is that without any justification, her retiral benefits has not been released to her. Orders have been passed in the matter on 18.04.2019, 04.07.2019 and again on 18.07.2019.
Sri Ved Mani Tiwari, Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents points out that necessary correction in the name of the petitioner has already been carried out. This apparently was the only reason for non consideration of petitioner's claim for release of retiral benefits.
Once necessary corrections have already been made, the respondent no. 3 shall ensure release of retiral benefits to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today.
Copy of the amended payment pension order has been handed over to the counsel appearing for the respondent no. 3.
With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
