Writ petition is directed against the orders dated 27.4.94 (annexure - VII) passed by Civil Judge, Kanpur Dehat in Execution Case No. 4 of 1992, and the order dated 30.4.1994 (annexure - VIII) passed by the District Judge, Kanpur Dehat in Revision No. Misc. 82/7 of 94.
Having gone through the impugned order as also the pleadings and grounds taken in writ petition, I find no ground to interfere as there is no error apparent on the face of impugned order warranting interference. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
