JUDGMENT / ORDER

In the month of February, 2012, the applicant was released on temporary bail for a period of three days with 'Police Japta' on the sad demise of his father. Now, the application is filed seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days so as to perform after death rituals of taking "Ashthi" to "Haridwar".
2. There is no time schedule which is required to be observed for performing this after death ritual. No substance is found in the application and the same is rejected.
