JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The present application is filed for listing the main matter being Special Civil Application No.17470 of 2006 for final hearing.
2. Heard Mr.S.S. Gade, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.H.S. Munshaw, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. Taking into consideration the fact that the matter pertains to gratuity and pensionary benefits, the main writ petition being Special Civil Application No.17470 of 2006 be listed for final hearing in the week commencing from 16.04.2012.
4. With the above observation, the application is allowed.
