THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI W.P.No.15181 of 2009 Between:

PETITIONERS AND 1. The State of Andhra Pradesh rep. by its Principal Secretary (Panchayat Raj) Secretariat, Hyderabad, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is submitted by Sri S. Sudhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
