On the previous occasion office was directed to issue notice to the petitioner to engage another counsel.
Office report dated 21.08.2018 reveals that notice to engage another counsel was issued to the sole petitioner by registered post. However neither undelivered cover has been received nor any appearance has been made.
It appears that the matter has become infructuous by efflux of time and that is why no one appears to press this petition.
This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
