List is being revised. Nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner to press the present writ petition.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has sought following reliefs :-
"(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 14.2.2008 passed by the respondent no.2 (Annexure-11 to this writ petition.
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to continue the petitioner in his services, in pursuance of order dated 15.11.2008 passed by this Hon'ble Court, in Writ Petition No. 360 of 2008, Bachchu Singh vs. State of U.P. and others.
(iii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to regularize the petitioner on the post of driver (Group-D) along with payment of regular salary and other privileges, as he has worked more than 15 years, continuously up to 28.11.2007 from the date of his initial appointment dated 12.05.1992."
I have examined the order impugned, pleadings and grounds raised in the writ petition and have perused the records. The writ petition is of the year 2008 and it appears that either writ petition is rendered infructuous due to efflux of time or petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the writ petition.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
