Heard Sri Vijay Lal, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court with the grievance that respondent no.6 Smt. Vimla Devi abuses the petitioner being her neighbour and creates nuisance all the time and the police authorities are not taking any action in spite of report filed by sub-inspector, which report states that the respondent no.6 Smt. Vimla Devi appears to be of unsound mind and lives with her daughter and abuses her too.
In such case, no writ can be issued. The petitioner may approach the appropriate authority or may file a complaint before the Magistrate under Section 165 (3) Cr.P.C.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is finally
disposed of.
