Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
An order of status quo was passed in a pending writ petition on 6 August 2012. The sole ground on which this petition is pressed is comprised in paragraph - 16. The same refers to an incident which allegedly occurred on 25 October 2015.
In view thereof, this Court cannot possibly take cognizance of the complaint of contempt in light of the petition itself being barred by time.
The petition is consequently dismissed.
