Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer for a direction to the fourth respondent i.e. District Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur (DIOS, Jaunpur) to pass appropriate order on the recommendation so made by the management way back on 10.06.2009 annexed as Annexure No.7 to the writ petition.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the petitioner to move a fresh representation within week's time and in case any such representation is made, the DIOS, Jaunpur is directed to consider and decide the claim set up by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two months thereafter but certainly after taking necessary comment from the concerned Committee of Management.
