Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
A writ petition preferred by the applicant was disposed of with a direction to the opposite party to consider his claim for addition of alleged services rendered by him in a College in the State of Bihar. From the representation made to the opposite party pursuant to the said order the Court notes that no material or evidence was appended thereto so as to establish the service or length thereof as alleged to have been rendered by the applicant in the State of Bihar.
On being faced with this situation, learned counsel for the applicant prayed for liberty to approach the opposite party again along with all requisite particulars for redressal of his grievances.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of with a direction permitting the applicant to approach the opposite party within a period of two months from today along with all requisite particulars and documents in support of his alleged service spent in an Institution in the State of Bihar. In case the said representation is made within the time frame stipulated herein above the first respondent shall have the same, inquired into and dispose of in accordance with law with expedition and preferably within three months from the making of the said representation.
