It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the construction was made on the land in question after getting the map sanctioned by the Nagar Panchayat.
Under similar circumstances, a Writ Petition being Writ- B No. 506 of 2020 was filed by Sri Kamlesh Kumar, in which, interim order was granted by this Court.
Therefore, impugned orders passed in the instant writ petition are also stayed till the next date of listing.
