Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court with a grievance that the private respondents are encroaching upon the land of the petitioner being Araji No. 346 at Mauja Katka, Police Station Jhunsi, District Prayagraj.
In case any private individual is encroaching the land of the petitioner, the petitioner has a remedy for filing a suit. The writ petition for the aforesaid purpose is not maintainable.
It is accordingly dismissed.
