Learned APP, Mr.Pandya, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.
State to verify the genuineness of the grounds and antecedents of the applicant-convict.
Learned APP, Mr.Pandya, through jail authority, shall also ascertain from the convict whether he is in a position to give surety of a person having immovable property worth not less than Rs.25,000/- in the event, the Court is inclined to exercise the discretion.
It shall also be reported to the Court, after ascertaining from the convict, the approximate amount lying at the credit of his P.F.account for the purpose of which the present application is filed.
