The Court has convened through video conferencing.
Case has been called out in the revised list. None appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ petition. Sri H.P. Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel the State is present.
The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Baburam with the following prayer:-
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the resolution dated 12.02.2021 issued by the opposite party Nos.2 to 4 contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition.
Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to consider the application of the petitioner."
After going through prayer made in the writ petition and the contents therein, we find that the Panchayat Election has already been held on 19th April, 2021 and no further cause of action survives, hence, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
The party shall file computer generated copy of order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by it alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (s) (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number (s) to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of the computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
Sri H.P. Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel shall inform about this order in writing to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
