In view thereof, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Jaunpur to proceed with the matter and endeavour to dispose of Original Suit No. 784 of 2004 with expedition and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order subject to there being no other legal impediment.
