Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appropriate application for bail before the appropriate Court as according to him, the offence is of Section 354 B of IPC which has maximum sentence for seven years coupled with fine.
This petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
It goes without saying that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
Registry is directed to return certified copy of impugned F.I.R. to the petitioner after accepting xerox of the same.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners along with a self attested identity proof of the said person (s) (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number (s) to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
