(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) On the last occasion, viz. 18.01.2012 this Court (Coram: D.H. Waghela & N.V. Anjaia, JJ.) passed the following order:
"Notice returnable on 23rd January 2012. Learned APP waives service. The petitioner may be kept personally present in the Court on that date and necessary jail warrant may be issued for that purpose." (emphasis supplied)
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr.Kodekar requests for a day's time to see that the aforesaid order is carried out and the convict is kept present before this Court. The request is granted. Adjourned to 24th January 2012. The Jail authorities are directed to keep the applicant-convict tomorrow, the 24th January 2012. A copy of this order be made available to learned APP, Mr.Kodkar for its onward communication for compliance.
