Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondent.
We have granted enough time to this case, however, now it would be better to direct respondent no.2-District Magistrate/District Election Officer, District Gorakhpur to decide and consider the representation made way back on 20.01.2021 which is Annexure-4 to this petition within very short time, preferrably before 31.10.2021.
With these observations, this petition stands disposed of.
This petition will also be tagged along-with the forwarding letter to the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent shall also consider this petition as a fresh application/representation.
