Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned Standing Counsel appears for the respondent nos.1 2 and 3.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondent no.3 to decide the representation dated 27.02.2021 filed by him.
A perusal of the record shows that the petitioner alongwith others had filed a suit for permanent injunction which was decided ex-parte by means of a judgment and order dated 02.09.2008. A representation has now been filed on 27.02.2021 before the respondent no.3-Sub-Divisional Magistrate for recording the name of the petitioner in the khatauni.
It is for the petitioner, if he is so advised, to move an application for execution of the decree. This petition seeking decision on the representation is wholly misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
